The Secrets of Japanese Cuisine with Le Royal Monceau’s Matsuhisa Sushi Classes

Become a real sushi master by taking sushi classes taught by Hideki Endo, the Executive Chef of Le Royal Monceau’s Matsuhisa restaurant.

Chef Hideki invites his guests to Matsuhisa Paris for exclusive sushi classes in 2018. Guests will receive an introduction to the well-balanced and simple Japanese cuisine and learn how to prepare some of Chef Nobu’s most special recipes.

On the program is Chef Nobu’s special blend of Asian and Latin American flavors: sushi and sashimi, tempura shrimp with signature spicy sauce, spinach salad, lobster and crispy miso and many other original specialities.

Each class will begin with a welcome saké and a presentation by Chef Hideki. To end this exclusive moment of sharing, guests will be able to taste their creations during a dinner at the Omakase Bar, in the company of a brigade of Japanese Chefs.
