To add to island life nostalgia, the menu will contain impeccably executed dishes that combine Greek and Spanish cuisines. The insanely delectable flavors will transcend guests to the shores of the beautiful islands without them having to leave Dubai. A feast for all the senses, the succulent dishes will be served so beautifully, that it’s bound to satiate all your cravings.

True to Greek and Spanish cultures, everyone is welcome. The dining spot is perfect for the whole family, positioning Myrra by Opa as the next picturesque hotspot in Dubai for lunch and dinner. A special kids-friendly area for the young ones will make them want to stay longer than the adults.

Adding to the restaurant’s whimsical and al fresco vibe, the history of Myrra has an enchanting story in both Greece and Spain. In Greek mythology, the Myrr tree was created from Myrra, an immortal woman, who was transformed into a tree for her own protection against her father. This tree is known for it’s natural gum found in it’s tiny thorns, however legend claims that Myrra’s tears became the sap. The word Mira is of Latin origin and means ‘wonderful’, ‘peace’ and ‘prosperous’, and in the Spanish language that we know today, it means ‘look!’. The origins of the name Myrra perfectly illustrate what the new dining spot will be:

Mysterious, wonderful and a space you wont be able to take your eyes off!
