Every morning, the Parisian palace offers a delicious buffet with carefully selected products, much to the delight of its guests. Tasty creations are prepared on-site daily by Pierre Hermé Paris and visitors can also enjoy organic eggs, muesli, and selections from Eric Kayser’s bakery including organic tea, freshly-squeezed fruit juice, gluten-free selections and an array of alternative milk options, from coconut and almond to rice and soy.
Elaborated with care and precision by Executive Chef Laurent André, the brunches are gourmet adventures, elevated with select foods from talented and passionate craftsmen. The vast assortment of desserts by world-renowned Pastry Chef Pierre Hermé is not to be missed, including his delightful macarons and delicious pastries such as the emblematic Ispahan cake and rose perfumed macaron biscuit.
Every Saturday during brunch, the most artistic Parisian palace offers creative and playful activities for its youngest guests, animated by “Les ateliers de Macha.” Linked with current exhibitions in the City of Light, little guests will discover the universe of artists including Paul Klee, Stéphane Calais, Seydou Keita and le Douanier Rousseau…
Complementing the cuisine, a magnificent fresco—titled ‘A Garden in Paris’, by French artist Stéphane Calais—graces the ceiling. And during warm weather, the Terrace invites guests to dine en plein air with seating for breakfast and brunch.
